Food Diary
Before your consultation I send you a health questionnaire and food diary to complete and return to me 3 days before your appointment. This is so I can research your health concerns and any medication or treatment you may be currently be prescribed.
2. Comprehensive assessment Initial Consultation

The initial consultation lasts 60-70 minutes.

At consultation we talk about the underlying triggers of your symptoms and what you hope to achieve.

We will analyse which foods may be contributing to your symptoms.

I will suggest foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and the link explained.

I will investigate any vitamin or mineral deficiencies and advise on ways to address them.

I will provide guidance & recommendations based on the scientific literature and clinical experience, so you know exactly what you need to do next.

Testing: While not essential, testing can be beneficial to eliminate guesswork when formulating a targeted protocol. I'm registered with accredited laboratories that are scientifically based and of a high standard. Testing is discussed on an individual case basis.
