There are a number of reasons for fatigue and tiredness so it’s important to establish the underlying causes. It could be due to lack of sleep, poor diet, nutrient deficiencies, underachieve thyroid, malabsorption, hypoglycaemia, viruses, yeast infection, toxins,  too little or too much exercise or stress.
